What programs does Big Belly Fitness
offer?
In our On A Roll Stroller
Fitness classes, moms not only receive the
benefits of exercise, but they also enjoy a social
aspect. This class gives moms a “guilt-free” option to do
something for themselves with the kids “along for the
ride.” We share our mommy experiences and the kids have a
blast! We use the strollers along with resistance tubing
to get a full cardiovascular, toning, and stretching
workout in 60 minute Stroller Fitness
Class.
If the “mommy bulge” is your complaint, Big
Belly Fitness has the “method to your
ab-ness”. Our Tummy-Time
for Mommy class is a six-week workshop/workout
that will teach you the proper exercises to help repair
the damage that pregnancy and post-partum activity can
cause.
Customized programs for moms or moms-to-be are
offered with our personal
training sessions. Our private studio
in North Plainfield offers a setting with everything you
need for an effective and efficient workout, plus you can
keep your new bundle-of-joy with you while you workout
(toddler care also available). In-home sessions
are also available.
Prenatal /
Mommy & Me Fitness Class is also geared for the
new mom or mom-to-be in a group setting. This class
includes cardiovascular, resistance, and flexibility
training along with some social time.
