The private personal training studio of Big Belly Fitness is geared towards the soon-to-be and new mom.  The program offers a safe and effective exercise regime personalized for the needs of pregnancy and/or postpartum.  Programs may include cardiovascular exercise, resistance exercise, yoga, and/or pilates.  In addition, we have taken all of the obstacles a new mom faces out of the equation.

Our private studio setting enables you to keep your little bundle-of-joy right with you while you workout (toddler care is also available).  No more waiting for three to six months before you can check your baby into child care at a commercial fitness center or getting called out of your workout for your baby's needs.

This personal setting is also ideal for pregnancy, giving you the guidance and motivation that you need during this important and exciting time.  During pregnancy and following the birth is the most crucial time for a woman to take care of herself but unfortunately, it is also the most difficult.  We can help build happy, healthy moms!

In-home sessions are also available for those who would like to exercise in their own home.  Our service area includes Plainfield, Naperville, Romeoville, Aurora, Bolingbrook, Shorewood, Joliet, and other surrounding areas.
