Prenatal/Mommy & Me Fitness
Class
New moms and moms-to-be have different
needs than the general population when it comes to
fitness. This group exercise class is designed with
these needs in mind. Whether you are 12 weeks
pregnant or 12 weeks postpartum, you will find the
guidance and motivation you need as well as the support
of other new moms and moms-to-be. The class will
include cardiovascular, resistance, and flexibility
training.
Prenatal Baby-Phit Boot Camp
This outdoor class will give Moms-to-Be the
opportunity to get some fresh air and some much needed
socialization while getting in a great workout designed for the
pregnant woman. This class meets in front of the Alfred
Rubin Community Center at Jackson Street and Eagle in downtown
Naperville.
Classes are also offered through the Naperville Park District
and can be found at www.napervilleparks.org.
You are welcome to bring non-mobile children to this class.
