Did you know that there is a very good reason why most moms do not have the midsection that they would like?  Did you know that the way most people do abdominal exercises actually makes it worse?  Big Belly Fitness has a method to help you lose the "mommy bulge."

This six-week workshop/workout will teach you the proper exercise to repair the damage that pregnancy and postpartum activity cause (no matter how long ago you gave birth). You will learn techniques to improve posture and repair diastasis (the connective tissue that cause most mommy 'tummy bulges') that can be used in everyday activity. If you are expecting or have EVER had a child, you will not want to miss this class!  You are welcome to bring non-mobile children to this class.
