Stroller fitness is a blast! I am soooooooo happy that I found Tiffanie's ad in the paper. Stroller fitness is exactly what I was looking for in an exercise program. I wanted to workout, but I didn't feel comfortable leaving my infant daughter at the daycare in the local gyms. It was not a good fit for me. Working out at home is hard because of too many distractions. It just never happens. Stroller fitness is perfect! I get a great workout and my daughter can be with me. She's entertained by our surroundings and the other kids. It's a great combination. Great workout too! It's so much more than just walking and it's a different routine everyday. I've also used Tiffanie's studio personal training time and I can't say enough good things about it. It's a great atmosphere and she will make you and your kids comfortable so you can get a great workout in!
